Thanks for the guidance. No, I’ve been manually turning the HP on/off on an as-needed basis. Though I’ve considered adding a program to turn HP on each day at 10:00am and off at 06:00pm automatically. Of course, I could then just manually override if pool won’t be used, bad weather, etc...

Last year (season 1 of pool ownership), we used our heat pump on an ad hoc, manual basis. Switch on in morning, heat up during day, switch off at night as not to run overnight with dropped temps, then back on two days later, etc. Are heat pumps designed to be left on to maintain a set temp...

82 without solar.

Back down to 78 overnight. Should be back in low 80s today. Daily cycle right now.

Nursenini, thank you so much. We actually have a Sam's Club set from 2013. Was able to find my invoice with part number in hopes that it'll help me order an exact set of replacement cushions. The furniture itself is in great condition...cushions not so much. FYI - I accidentally got RAID hornet...

Unfortunately several of the cushions from our patio set are tapered, particularly on the left and right seating position of the love seat. In the future I'm buy a patio set that doesn't have cushions like this [emoji51]

Bought patio furniture from Target several years ago. Came with 2 ottomans, 2 chairs and a loveseat. Basic beige colored cushions. They've gotten very dirty and stained over the years. Was hoping to replace. Each cushion has tags on them but no part number to search online. Just small # 12, 17...

86 degrees without cover.

I'm averaging 80F but it peaks at 85F during hottest time of day.

Our pool is up to 82. With cover on. No heater. Warmer than air temp of 79.

Back up to 80 today. Have solar blanket on. Haven't yet switched heat pump on to a set point temp yet for season. Should I set it to something like 80 at this point?

I've since improvised with 3-4 ft pieces of PVC pipe 1.5 in ID. Had to gently sand the outer material at the base to make it thin enough to go into the umbrella sleeve. Now the umbrella post slides into the PVC and doesn't sway. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
