Waterbear, From your description, it sounds as though you can do things to make the test read low, but it is unlikely that the test will read high. Is this correct?

You're talking 20 minutes to do a test if you're CH is 400. Do you really wait this long? Is the long delay between drops because swirling is an ineffective method of mixing, or because it takes that long for the reagent to properly interact with the liquid under test? I've seen a unit down...
