I need to start a build thread but have a strange question first. I have been watering down the shotcrete (6x a day for first few days) 4 times a day now and after each time I hear what sounds like water running through the shotcrete. Is this normal or do I have issues?

First full test results: PH: 7.8 TC: 5.5 (FC:5 CC:0.5) CYA: 38 (added two pounds so far and looks like another 30oz is needed.) TA: 130 CH: 300 So from Pool Math it appears that 30oz of CYA should get me to 60 and lower my PH to 7.5. This seem about right?

Yes, the light is in two parts. Internal and external. Power is connected to the external portion. The magnets keep the two pieces together through the liner and transfers electricity between them. It is pretty sweet and very bright! Sent from my LG-D801 using Tapatalk

Dang it....was getting the water level up...forgot and went to get dinner lol filled above the skimmer faceplate, had to backwash to get level down. Sure this isnt the first time its happened ;) Sent from my LG-D801 using Tapatalk

No modifications needed. The skimmer came with a reducer. Screwed that to the bottom of the skimmer and slid the hose up the fitting. No clamp needed. Will post a pic when i get home. Sent from my LG-D801 using Tapatalk

I did not split the gasket. I set the gasket where i wanted it, marked the holes with sharpie, used a pick to poke through the liner, widened hole with screwdriver, screwed gasket to pool, cut liner, backed out screws, inserted gasket, screwed in the four screws that are hidden by faceplate into...
