    SWG and Pumps

Is anyone else finding that pumps are either backordered or not available? I need a replacement system and can't find any that are available. (above ground)

    Electrical Issues

I hope it is just needing to dry out. I unplugged it and place it off the ground so hopefully it will dry out and be good to go. Obviously I need to get the plugs off the ground.

    Electrical Issues

This is my second season with the pool. I have the SWG and the pump plugged into an outside power outlet. The safety outlet with the special switch (can't remember the name) is in the bathroom. I went to turn on the SWG and pump and had no power. I went inside the house and reset the outlet...

    What to adjust first?

The salt reading is 3130. I was thinking I needed to increase the CYA a little. I'm always a little iffy when doing the CYA test (do I see the dot or do I not see the dot is always the question). The CYA has been in for a week now. I'm chlorinating with the SWG now. I started with bleach...

    What to adjust first?

Here are the results of my latest test: FC: 11 CC: 0.5 TC: 11.5 TA: 100 CH: 50 CYA: 60 PH: 7.5 Any suggestions or are my levels good at this point? I realize the chlorine is high but that will drop. Do I need to add some more cynauric acid??

Those are apparently no longer made. I've checked around online trying to find this item and it is "out of stock" everywhere.

I'd would love a shelf attached to my AGP. Any ideas of how to create one or where to get one?

    What to adjust first?

I have my pool setup now. I've added chlorine and cynauric acid. This is my second year with the pool. Last year I set it up late in the summer and didn't get too much time with it. Below are the results of my TF-100 testing kit for my 4600 gallon Ultra Frame Intex Pool with SWG and 2500...

    intex adjustable pool inlet nozzle

Would the Dyna Skimmer fit the 1 1/2" hole that the current intex occupies? - - - Updated - - - I pulled the plastic out too and realized I would never get it back in. Just doesn't make sense to have the holes there if they will be covered up with the plastic.

    intex adjustable pool inlet nozzle

I have the 14 foot round (4 feet deep) Intex Ultra Frame pool. This is my second year with it. As many have done, I upgraded to the 2500 g/hour pump. Of course this meant I had to cut bigger holes for the intake and outlet nozzles. My question deals with the adjustable pool inlet nozzle...

    Pool Liner Issues

I've had leak issues also. I bought a mask and got in the water with drops of food coloring. That helped me locate a couple of leaks. Close examination helped locate others. I found a couple just walking outside if the pool looking down. My holes have looked like small dark spots.

    Pool pads

There are many pools pads to chose from and it gets confusing quickly. I plan on taking my ultra frame intext down in a few weeks and this fall, winter and spring I'm going to put down around 900 lbs (or sand). Already have 870 lbs there. What is the best choice for a pool pad? Gorilla 2"...

    Ultra Frame Intex Question

I'm losing around an inch of water a day. I will check about jacking the legs up. I did find some small holes and patched them. Still losing water though so evidently I missed some. Got in the pool today and found a few more in the same area and patched those. Thanks for the help. It...

    Ultra Frame Intex Question

I've installed my pool and things have been great. Last week I noticed I was losing water. After inspection, I realized the pavers I put down under each foot are "poking" through (basically I can see the square shape of the paver from inside the pool). Not all have done this. However I'm...

    Redoing pool- need opinions

I have to say I LOVE the smaller pond to the side. That is great. I've always liked the small yard ponds and what a great idea to use it as part of the landscaping.

    Take down or leave up?

I know I'm a few months early with this question but I'm wanting to do some landscaping around my pool and the type of landscaping is going to be determine by whether I take the pool down for the fall/winter or leave it up. Everyone can see below what type of pool I have. I live right outside...

Landscaping around base of Intex Ultra Frame pools

I have to take my pool down during the fall and winter months and have to keep that in mind when landscaping. Have to have something easy to work around. This looks perfect. The plants can easily be moved during installation. Where did you get the big rocks from?

Landscaping around base of Intex Ultra Frame pools

I would be quite happy with your landscaping. My intex pool will have to be taken down during the fall and winter months and I need to keep that in consideration before landscaping around mine. This looks like it would be easy to work around when taking down and putting up the pool.

    Beginners advice (1 week in)

I ordered an Intex Small Blue Strainer Hose B Adaptor. From what I can tell, I can add a 45 degree angle pvc fitting along with some pipe and a cap (drill holes in the cap or leave the cap off) and that will create an aerator for me. I'm putting all my trust in you guys. There are so many...

    Beginners advice (1 week in)

Well the pH has stayed at 7.2 for the past two days. I added acid to lower it due to the high TA. If I leave the TA alone should I try to increase the pH to 7.4-7.6?
