    Sand Filter spewing water

I thought the same thing, but there is no gasket that I can see. If it sits between the top and bottom sections, it must be very small, as it isn't visible. How in the world do I get them apart to get to the seal? Looking at the drawing in my owner's manual, it looks like there is a...

    Sand Filter spewing water

Just attempted to start up my pool equipment and when I set it to Filter, water spewed out from under the Flange Clamp at the top. Can someone help me with this? I took the flange off and see nothing but where the top of the filter sits on the bottom/sand filter. I tried tightening the two...

Installation of new Liner to Inground Pool

Final Phase of liner replacement. Auto cover works much better than the old one. It needed adjusting. They will return in couple of weeks to "tweak" it.

Installation of new Liner to Inground Pool

Not exactly construction, but just wanted to show you the pics I took showing the removal, prep, and install of my new line, as well as the install of my new Autocover. Of course, stabilizer is being added as I type, PH is right on the money and Chlorine is doing its best to stay in the pool...

dealing with people wanting to use your pool

I have never let anyone other than my family swim in my pool.......period. There are too many people out there just waiting/looking for any excuse to file a law suit, frivolous or not. People can be overbearing - once you start, it never ends. I have a neighbor with a total "open door " policy...

    What happened to my liner??

Lordy, I can't imagine me covering my whole 18'X32' pool, especially with the different shades of blue of my liner. I was hoping for some magical, inspirational answer. Still clinging to the thought that the leak may be in the area above the new wrinkle in the side wall. Will make some kind of...

    What happened to my liner??

JohnN, question for you.....Have followed your thread and was interested in all the patching you have done. I am losing water from my IG vinyl lined pool and don't have a clue what to look for when searching for a leak. I did notice a small wrinkle that has "grown" on my side wall and thought...

    How did YOU find TFP?

Got "pool stored" first two years of my pool install. Handed them money hand over fist; even beat down their door in early spring when they would have their "exclusive" pool chemical sale for their loyal customers. During the second year, I started getting wiser and would question the reasoning...
