Never really "closed" it, but got it ready for summer last weekend. Temp was in the 90's all last week, so by Saturday water was in low to mid 80's. Had family in the pool all weekend.

I would probably fight someone for my SpeedStir. LOL....First pool was last summer. Went about two weeks before I received my testkit/SpeedStir. Such a small thing but makes the process so much easier.

Understood. Have a generator and it came in handy last night and today. Power is back on now. We did not get a lot of rain, but the wind was pretty crazy overnight.

I have this pump and it works really well for me. Noted my pool is much smaller than yours, but I can lower my 18' over 2" in about an hour. I would purchase and keep in box just have in case you need it.
