Anyone have a “ leaf net “ solution?

Hmmm, never thought of that. Skimmer is also full in morning by the time I go outside….once I empty basket and skim water it’s a done deal. I guess it’s actually fairly manageable lol, it just drives me mad that they won’t trim their tree 😝

Anyone have a “ leaf net “ solution?

Hey y’all….its winter and my inground is closed but this past autumn drove my a bit mad. Our backyard neighbor has an out of control crepe Myrtle tree that had a billion flowers that all ended up in my pool. I’ve hinted at them trimming it. Is there a realistic leaf net that I can put over...

    Sample keeps turning pink

I just did a few cya tests and for some reason it’s at 80-100. I’ve never added stabilizer and when I stopped using powder chlorine ( has cya) my cya was around 30 ( unless I did test wrong back then. I think I’m gonna drain 1/2 tub at least at start again with full tests

    Accuracy of the block

Thanks guys. So here’s a wrinkle….just tested the pool and was 8.5 ppm which is my perfect target. I did a block test to compare and it’s dark. The hot tub was 4 ppm higher and the block test was way way lighter This is the pool at 8.5 ppm:

    Accuracy of the block

Hey guys. I use the block with the droppers to test my hot tub water pretty much every other day and add liquid chlorine accordingly. Today I decided to do a fas/dot test. Significantly different results. The block shows around 1 ppm. Fas/dpt test was 12.5 ppm. Crazy huh? So for...

Getting ready to add baking soda

Yes I use pool math. Thanks for your help. I didn’t know I was supposed to keep adding drops until no more color change. It clearly does not state that in the TF 100 instructions. It went from black at 6 drops to very red at 7. I stuck with 70 alkalinity. I’ll see how ph reacts Regarding...

    Aqua rite going haywire?

It’s all good now. I just needed to toggle through the diagnostics. It helped being able to do my own salt test and knowing what my actual salt level was. I learn something each day as a new pool owner I’d still like to take cell apart and inspect it etc but I can’t find instructions or a...

    Aqua rite going haywire?

I check my pool daily. The pool and all equipment is only two months old. Yesterday my salt reading was 3200. Today I noticed the display was in decimals. When I changed it to normal numbers by bouncing through the diagnostic button, the salt reading switched to 1600 and no the “ inspect...
