I will admit to being new to pool ownership and a bit confused. If pH is in normal range, but FAC is 15 ppm, is the pool 'safe' to swim in? I see some saying ideal chlorine is higher than the 2-4 ppm, especially if CyA is at 147. Is it safe to swim at 15 ppm? What would you more experienced...
