Yes, I have talked to the PB when we had it all installed on how to drain the pump, and the filter during a freeze, etc. Question on that. If we do freeze and lose power, I just drain all that and once power returns and temps get better just prime the pump, refill, etc and start circulating again?

Well, they just came out yesterday and replaced the whole pump, so that solved that. Previous to them arriving I had my electrician come back and verify the power to the pump, so that's that I guess. No idea what the actual issue was with the pump.

The basket on the Active 30? It has 4 filters on it. They go all around it. It comes with 8 total, 4 are like a mesh and very fine, and 4 are like a standard filter.
