I am in construction, so had one of my sub's do it at 'cost'. Still had about $2100 in it--that was new Exterior Panel, about 40' of service feed to Panel, Breakers, hook-up of Filter and Heat Pump, Ground Halo and Accessories, and convenience Receptacle.

I have done a few of these DIY Pools--and I just put Fibers in the footing mix.......much easier than screwing around with rebar. What Floor are you going to use? Probably want to up your quantities since the rock you hit--I'm sure you will be thicker on the Slopes/Hopper. I just filled mine...

I just did another DIY Pool--but my first one with the Stair Inserts/Gaskets. I somehow managed to seat the bottom gasket 'one' slot down from where it should have been (so it is one screw pattern short on one end, and long on the other). Well, neeedless to say, my pool lost about 1" of water...

In middle of DIY build and went to set the Skimmers today, and they are not punched to accept the 'mounting screws' within the flange of the Faceplate. The Pool Manufacturer punched the outside flange screws--which allowed me to mount the skimmer--BUT these will be 'outside' the Finish Flange...

Building my inground, and wondered do I 'shock' the water after refilling (to remove cloudiness) like I would a normal chlorine pool BEFORE I start the SWG system? Or does the SWG take care of any residual cloudiness? Never had one before, and the directions I was given aren't that great.
