We have the intex pool also we went out and bought the Krystl klear filter and we also run the salt water generator with it. It's in my signature but the pump will be changing my hubby some how fried the motor in the pump

We use a sand filter now and have a SWG attached to it. It's a lot easier not having to mess with the stupid cartridges. We actually gave the pump that came with our pool to a friend of ours.

Hello everyone. I need assistance in trying to find a winter pool cover for our summer escapes 16x48 pool. We need to close our pool but I have been in the hospital the last two weeks. So I'm running behind in getting it closed.

Thank you for your feedback. I live in northern Illinois it gets quit cold lots of snow some winters. I'm on my iPad at the moment does the regular website have what winter chemicals should be in it and ppm?

Does anyone with an Intex summer escapes pool leave it up for the winter? If so what do you do to winterized it or is it better to take it down?

It was done using 10 ml. And I stopped testing it everyday. I figured every couple of days test that. My ph came back up to 7.8 and TA. At last test was 250

Who all ended up buying the catfish vacuum for your pools? Also,what do you think of it? We love and it doesn't take long at all to vacuum

There are a lot more qualified people here but if it was me I would keep shocking until you can get a better test kit. I personally have the taylor test kit. Liquid test kits are much closer that the the test strips are. (IMHO)You need to shock until you can pass the OCLT test
