Did they install my SWG and flow switch incorrect? Shouldn’t it be the flow switch -> SWG -> into pool?

The water is clear. I can feel just a bit of slime on the walls. Too cold to get in to check the floor though.

I felt a bit of slime on the walls so I tossed in a gallon of liquid chlorine and some shock.
