I had a huge disparity between the K 1766 test kit and the Hayward salt cell reading. The test kit showing much higher. I ended up just using the salt cell reading because that’s the one that will cause it to shut down if it’s too low.

Final update. PB sent plaster crew out. They applied putty just inside the jets and it stopped the leak. Did two 24 hour bucket tests, pump on and off, didn’t lose a drop. Thanks for everyone’s input.

So I closed all suction side pool valves, no joy, water still drops when suction and return valves are set to isolate the spa from the pool. I have a bucket test setup in the spa now to help tell the story when I talk to the PB.

Will do! It looks like I can further isolate the pool by closing the individual valves leading to the pool. I'm going to give that a go, to possibly rule out the actuated valves, while I wait on the dye.
