So apparently everyone who checked the skimmer before(including myself) missed the crack in the skimmer!!! Is this something that can be fixed with epoxy that cures underwater?

If it’s the light or the drain does the water have to be drained to fix the issue?

Unfortunately for me, I’m finding that out the hard way.
