UPDATE!!! Dingo Does Not Work On Clay!!!! Had to go back to HD and rent the sod cutter to finish grading to a level surface. Also with the help of my wife and kids on the shovels. --- I am here: http://tapatalk.com/map.php?z2dj5y

Thanks Cramar!!! My slope is pretty significant so I'll be using a Dingo/Toro for the heavy dirt removal next I will use your method to get the surface completely level. I'm thinking of going with 2" foam board instead of the sand, then putting the heavy duty tarp on top. --- I am here...
