Thanks for the reply. Per the original post I did do the bucket test which is where I determined the amount of water lost while system is running. I continued the test without the system running and the pool water level did not drop more than the bucket water level.

Your assumption on the Cement thing is correct. Drain is inside there. My pool is pretty much entirely surrounded by concrete so I'm unable to notice any water pooling or any soft spots around it.
