Please excuse my ignorance but to add 10ppm to my 20000 gallon pool am i correct in adding 248 ounces of 10% sodium hydrochlorite liquid chlorine?

sorry for the delay but I was hoping the PB would have resolved the issue already. Pool maintenance guy came by and said that plaster looks bad and that PB needs to do an acid wash first before he starts maintenance. Can an acid wash fix this?

I saw a bunch of bottle of muratix acid so I am assuming he did the acid startup it just still looks blotchy after 5 days. that's for the heads up on the registering the plaster.

I just had my pool replastered and I am concerned because I see a lots of blotchiness and streaks in the pool is this normal for brand new plaster?
