Ok, thank you! I have an EeasyTouch system, though I do not see how to drain into the pool. My google PhD doesn't seem to have instructions. Any idea how to do this?

Thanks, so once the ring is removed, the valve seems to be on there quite tight, I can't remove with my hand, which leads me to think it is pressured or seals quite tight. Do I need to drain the spa first or can I just shut the pump off and pry off the valve with leverage from a screw driver...

Thanks for your help, everyone. So I think I have the part here. Question on installing - it doesn't have screws or isn't threaded. Do I just pop the old one off with a screw driver? Do I need to drain the spa or anything or just make sure the pump is off?

Thank you! When removing this, anything unique or special I need to do? I assume just remove the but, pull out the valve and oring, inspect and replace. Make sure pump is off of course. I'll then call inyo to be sure.

Thanks for the response! Sorry I just saw this. Essentially it still has suction, but doesn't move. My research tells me I need to replace the A-frame. My first plan of attach was just to take it apart, clean it out, and put it back together. Any thoughts would be awesome!

Thanks for the info! I'm going to recheck the CH to be sure I'm not crazy... Also, here are a few pics of the calcium buildup and the chlorinator so perhaps it isn't all that surprising?

We do have the easy touch system. In checking the settings, it says the salt is 2950 ppm. Though, we have been having issues with the pump not shutting off (not sure if that is related or not). I just redid the CH test, it is 875. Beyond the Red Low Salt light, other lights on the unit say...

Thank you! I did use the T-1766 test kit. I did the 25 ml test for CH. Should I redo the CH test with the 10ml? The prior owner gave instructions to add a cup of muriatic acid once a week, and mentioned things had been fine. I also added the details to my signature line.
