With empty pool do I need to do something with the wall and floor pool or just leave it and fill with clean water and after testing add the necessary chemicals to find the balance? The stain will get out automatically after the pool is balanced?

I think the last owner put too much chlor brite in the pool and raised the cya to the sky. Am I right? When I purchased the house he left 4 bags of it.
