Our pool from the beginning has a very mottled appearance. Out pool builder has decided to use a new product on our pool by Increte to stain the pool finish to make it more uniform. I cannot find anything on the internet about this new product. Anyone heard of it???

Thank you. I will wait for my test kit to come in and then lower ph. A small update. Hubby used a wire pool brush on stain and dark vitamin c stain disappeared. Existing stain did not lighten , but dark vitamin c stain is no longer there. Now I only have stain and long streak from the dry acid.
