You are right! (I corrected my silly post) not a 28' pool :) Call him and ask - I agree with the previous poster - if he will clear and level that correctly and haul away the mess then $230 would be well worth it.

His math is right. (EDIT: nope it was not) Area of a circle is pi*r^2 (7^2)*3.14 = 154 sq ft. Also you need him to clear a bit more than that. If he will clear and LEVEL that area and haul away all the mess then that is not a crazy price for this summer. It would be high during other times...
