Another update

Folks, we have an 8” pipe next to the pool in order to pull water out from around the pool, to keep it from floating. My question is where do I find a sump pump small enough to go down into an 8” pipe?

Here is our progress thus far.

Ok work starts on the 16th of May. So, here is what it looks like today. Blank slate.

I currently have an IC40 which came with the intellicenter I purchased. I need an IC60. Can I just buy a new IC60 power supply?

Is the body of the intellichlor the same between a IC40 and an IC60 or do you need to get a completely new IC60 system?

Ok thanks guys. We will wait. On a side note I do have an intellichem I don't need, it has two pumps. So, guess we are now going with a saltwater pool. I'll do some more reading by it all makes sense, thus far.

Thanks for the comments. So, salt is the way to go. does pentair have a good one of those (SWG)? I need to look. So, Intellichem is no good but the intelliph is good? Sorry just trying to get the right equipment to start with. I know very little about a pool. In other words I can pick one...
