    IG vinyl liner: wall touch-up paint on rusty areas?

    Planning a new liner (our 3rd since 1989). Anyone know what kind of rust touch-up paint they use on the metal walls. Last liner they lightly sanded a few areas and sprayed some kind of paint on the lightly rusted areas. Will a normal Rustoleum paint be ok for the liner?

    tear in liner above water line - 12"

    after a lot of searching, seems no one carries the spray on duct tape anymore. EPA?? Bummer.
