Can anyone show me your “natural” water-Line tile pictures? (Browns/greys)

NPT was the supplier of the tile, but not 100% on the color. The contract says "travertine color tile"...I know it came in 12x24 inch pieces and they cut them down the middle of the 12 inch side to make 6x24 tiles. Looking through the NPT catalog, my guess is that they were the sand color...

    Pool Filled Last Night

Thank you. I think we'll use ours quite a bit too. We had to maximize entertainment area for such a small back yard and it worked well I think.

    Pool Filled Last Night

DB - I forgot to mention something about your Home Depot good prices, for folks to be aware of at the big box stores. Check the dates. I was shopping for 10% pool chlorine to do some pressure washing (works wonders). When I checked the dates, one 3 pack box was over a year old and the next one I...

    Pool Filled Last Night

Thanks again DB. I ordered the TF100 kit this morning. The plaster is by far, my primary concern. I've swam in so many fish ponds, and questionable creeks that I don't have many concerns about the health aspect. I do plan on becoming a water chemistry nerd, ordered the salt, borax test, and...

    Pool Filled Last Night

Thank you both for the information. PB did say salt wont go in for a month, and it'll be a "regular pool" until then. They will add the initial chemicals on Monday, and up to me after that.

    Pool Filled Last Night

Hello, Pool filled last night (Friday) at 8 PM, start-up is Monday. The pool builder said dive right in when the pool fills up and swim all weekend, and that we can start scrubbing tomorrow (today). There are no chemicals in the pool. Admittedly, I did not do all my homework on this site, and...

Looking for some folks out there who have had experience with Stonescapes Aqua White Touch of Glass. New guy to the forum.

We picked the same color, but still under construction. I'm considering adding some glass and sparkle as well and here is how our builder described the options: A touch of glass (small beads same color), Puerto Rican Blend (Larger, multi color beads), and abalone (shell). May go with 2 of the...

Building a new pool and would love any advice the forum can offer

I know your struggle...we have 4 oaks ranging from 15 to 7 ft from the pool and our backyard is our pool. We know it will be very difficult during certain parts of the year, but just can't stomach cutting the trees. So...at least you know there is someone cussing more with tree cleanup. For...

    Swim Up Bar Stools

Thank you DB. I was looking for water your depth as well but had to make a tradeoff. Thank you for the cleaning tip, that's what I'll do. I don't plan on swimming much January-March...should I do the best I can with the regular brush during that time.

    Swim Up Bar Stools

Thanks for your input Berger82. We're already at the max level below the top of the bar at 18 inches (top of stool to top of bar is 18 inches) so cutting them down is not a good option. I do wish they sat deeper in the water though...it's a balance between bar height, stool height, and how much...

    Swim Up Bar Stools

Uploaded pic. The option is to add a 12 or 13 inch tall ledge between stool and wall. It will completely fill the gap between front of stool and the wall. Cost will be between $800 and $1000...worth it for comfort or good as is?

    Swim Up Bar Stools

Hey guys - Several months lurking...first post. We have bar stools going in that will be about 34 inches high. This will leave everyones legs dangling, unable to touch the bottom when seated. People will be seated in approx. 8 inches of water, so water will be 3 to 4 inches below the belly...
