Does it make sense to drain the water and smooth out the wrinkle, if toilet plunger cannot do the job with deep water. Thanks.

Dear All, As a new owner, I opened the pool with green algae. Without doing too much research, I drained the pool and refilled it. The vinyl liner got some wrinkles at the deep end. Besides, the liner looks pulled away at one corner (~ 6'' long). The ground water table should be not a problem...
