    box and cell are 8 years old. Shouldn't there be voltage on the cell even if there is a problem with the cell?

    I am getting Code 170 on my Aquapure 1400. Checked the voltages on the backboard: 1-8 > 81.4 VAC 2-7 > 71 VAC 3-6 > 21VAC 4-5 > no voltage Cell Voltage : No reading at all. So I replaced the backboard with a new one. No change. No cell voltage and still code 170. Any suggestions?
