When was yours purchased?

I have the Dolphin Sigma and this thing picks up absolutely everything including the finest of dirt. I think the key is to use the fine paper filter which is the only one I ever use

It will be interesting what they have to say, maybe mine is not picking up as much as it should be or putting some back into the pool after picking it up.

I have the SE Plus and have not had that happen, although most of my stuff is small debris like bugs small rose leaves, pollen etc. Can you see a physical difference between the two units, such as basket size or location from the water line?

Just returned from a week away to find my pool pump not running. The 20 amp 220v GFI breaker was tripped and I don't know if it was tripped due to a ground fault or overload. Just went out now that things have dried out and no sign of water leaking at all and no white like you might see if there had been leaking and the noise is gone. I will monitor it closely, maybe it was just a fluke, however my intuition says probably not.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I have not noticed any water or oil but will take a closer look. We have had some rain this morning so when things dry out I will do a through examination.

Thanks for the reply. Maybe nothing serious but noisier than in the past. I could tell the difference from 25 feet away.

I don't understand your question? If you can't hear the noise you might need to turn up the volume.

I'm not sure how well the video will show this bur just noticed the pump/motor making some noise that I have not heard before. Anyway to tell which it is? Going away at the end of the week for a week and would not like to have it quit while we are gone.

The confusion is around the fact that it reported 2700 yesterday and ran producing chlorine. I added some salt yesterday and according to the SWG the salt level dropped considerably to 2550 and is no longer producing chlorine.
