This is also an elegant solution. That said, our covers are integrated into the stamped concrete, so replacements would not have the same aesthetic impact.

I'll concur with Geebot on the ORBI products. I have a 3-unit ORBI network in the house and have no problem with wifi throughout the yard and pool area.

I wholly agree with the analogy. And it would offer “some” privacy, but the height of the houses and decks mean that neighbors would likely still see into the pool proper. Good idea, though.

I'm honestly unsure what cover any planting will provide. I can stand on the deck for the 2nd house over (and probably the first and others) and look directly at the surface of the pool.

It would be convenient to have a space that guests can use without going into the house. I also like the idea of providing a path of less resistance to a restroom.

The whole liner came out and was reused. I don't see any flaws in the liner. The primary repair was in the deep end with a major crack repaired. They resealed the whole of the pool though, and smoothed out the bumps and divots that had formed.

Finally had the repair. The primary concrete needed to be redone. They used a different type to hold back ground water. Looks better now, hoping it will hold. Of course it turns out they didn't install enough drains or returns for our setup, but that's not something that can be easily remedied.
