    White River Pump Hums - Help!

    So, I have a 1hp White River pump. Same issue as everyone else, hum, no impeller spinning. When I opened the pump up, the impeller spins freely, but I cannot find a capacitor at all in this pump. Any ideas? Anyone heard of a pump without a capacitor?
