So what is the best way to add 30 PPM of CYA, is that like 4pounds of dry conditioner? also do you think i should lower the PH or wait till after the cya adjusts?

No Pool is crystal clear but before upping the PH with PH UP, our eyes were burning a little and there was a slight smell of chlorine. So i also lowered my swcg from 60% to 50%.
