    Reuse reagent bottle

I lost the bottom of my CYA test bottle. I still have the screw-on top. As it turns out, the Taylor reagent bottles, once you pop out the dropper, is pretty much the exact same bottle. Since I am a cheap sob, would it be ok to clean and reuse a reagent bottle for a CYA 7ml/14ml mixing bottle?

    pump problem

Lately my pump has been not starting. It's on a timer to come on 2X a day, for a few hours while on. Sometimes I find it not on and to get it going I either cycle through the on/off switch located on the pump, or I whack it with a screwdriver and it starts up. Is there some maintenance I can do...

We called. He said he would fix it. Seems that there should be something more than patio blocks under rails.

    FC vs PH

Hi all. Great forum to learn. Thanks. While my ph was 7.6 and CYA~50, I let my FC get down to .8. I added too much 10% CL at once. About 1/2 gallon. My ph rose to 8.0 while the FC was 5.2. The ph setteled down to 7.6 as the FC fell to 4. Is that normal?
