im just trying to understand the way to do this....there are so many videos each doing things differently ..its a 12 foot round pool...the top is resin but the sides are steel.....so my understanding is to ground and bond the whole pool including the water as well.....so.....where to start...

ive searched over this a lot and keep getting all kinds of answers for this......what im thinking is install skimmer..cut liner .then take apart and then put in butterfly gasket...does this sound right....but the different answers i keep getting is where the liner goes....some say liner goes...
