Remember,this is an in ground vinyl lined pool, so no rebar. Does this effect bonding? The only metal in the pool is the ladder. I think the skimmer and return et.c are all plastic, but I am not 100% on that. I will get an electrician involved, but for my own knowledge, if Romex is not to be...
