Apparently my builder came over and swapped from 2 and 4 to 1 and 3. Works now. I think he is reading my posts.

Got yeah. so I just need to move the pump wires from 2 and 4 to 1 and 3. Leave the SWG on 2 and 4. I am assuming that 1 and 3 are always hot and 2 and 4 are through the timer.

My salt water generator is on all the time, even if the pump is not on, the cell is not powered (green light off), is this what you mean by cell being powered or are you talking about the SWG itself?
