Slowly getting there. We'll be leaving the pool empty until handover of the house. Now I just need to choose all of the equipment. I'd like a pool controller that I can log into via an app. Looking at the various options from Zodiac/Jandy, Hayward etc.

A question for those in the know...am I able to leave my pool empty until construction of the rest of the house is complete, or do I need to get water into it ASAP? TIA Steve

We're not sure. Given that 6 out of 7 lines aren't holding pressure I suspect an auger went through them. Hard to tell and it's the work of the previous (sacked) builder so we just have to fix it and move on.

Hi Kim, We haven't really given a lot of thought to the pool tiles as yet. A lot will depend on how much $$$ is left as we get towards the end of the build!! I don't know a lot (anything) about filters. What you're saying about erosion control is pertinent though so perhaps we're best off...
