Fittings for Intex to Hayward!

In regards to the rubber washer, when I did mine, I bought rubber gasket sheets from Lowes and just cut out my own. The sheets were about $2 a piece and you can get 4 out of a sheet.

    Intex hoses leaking

No, they are for the reverse of what you want to do. They are for using the intex 1.25" hoses into "standard" 1.5" fittings.

    Intex hoses leaking

You would need to change out the outlets to the bigger size. I went with Hayward fittings and had to cut mine to accommodate the larger fittings...it's not as intimidating as you'd think. More water coming out, possibly a bit hard, but it would not be too much at all.

    New AGP Install - Paver?

If you know the exact spacing between the posts, there's no reason why you can't do that. I waited and put the frame together, put my pavers down, pulled the frame apart again and set it back up. I didn't know the spacing of the posts beforehand.

cutting round skimmer hole to use Hayward skimmer

I did a partial hard pipe and there hasn't been an issue with it. The return line I put a piece of PVC behind it just to straighten it out a bit because the water was blowing along the surface rather than down into the pool.

Yes I did and I also cut it into a square. You'll mostly be cutting the corners out as the hole is pretty much the right size across and up and down.

Walmart "Pool Essentials 10% Chlorinating Liquid" - Anyone else not able to find it?

Re: Walmart "Pool Essentials 10% Chlorinating Liquid" - Anyone else not able to find That's what I've been using this year. Tandil 8.25% bleach from my local Aldi.

cutting round skimmer hole to use Hayward skimmer

No I don't I'm sorry. All I did was fill the pool to just below the skimmer level, then "dry" install the Hayward skimmer using 4 of the screws. Then I used the skimmer itself as the template and cut where the liner was showing. It's really very easy...the hardest part was making the holes for...

cutting round skimmer hole to use Hayward skimmer

I did my Summer Waves and the square Hayward skimmer is just the right size so you don't need to patch.

    Intex eyeball adapter

Like Pv2 said, just lower the water level a bit and cut the hole bigger for the new return.

    Intex 1.25" to PVC 1.5

OK, the Game 4550 is the one you need and a couple of hose clamps if it doesn't come with it.

    Intex 1.25" to PVC 1.5

The Game 4560 adapter is what you'll need. Check with your local pool store as, surprisingly, a number of them carry it. If you can't get it locally, Amazon has them.

What’s Best Install Method for Skimmer Butterfly Gasket?

I did the same as chayne. Put both the skimmer and faceplate on, cut the liner using an Exacto knife, removed the skimmer and faceplate, put the gasket on and buttoned it all up. I used the tip of the blade as a drill for the screw holes.

If you're at all handy you can make your own Ugly Drum Smoker (UDS) out of a 55 gallon drum. That's what I do all my own smoking on. See this thread on the BBQ Brethren https://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23436 it is the mother of all UDS build threads. You could also get a Big...

Vacuum for 12' Intex Easy Set?

I don't think that size pump will run a vacuum really well. You might want to look at the battery powered vacs like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Pool-Blaster-Water-Catfish-Cleaner/dp/B002GT91SK/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1530897426&sr=8-4&keywords=battery+pool+vacuum

Intex Pool - Vertical leg question

If it were me, I'd drain it and try to get it down to 1" or less. Also, the legs will start pushing into the ground so you may want to think about getting some concrete blocks like this...

    Interlocking pad and pavers

Are you meaning that you want to put down pavers for the legs to sit on to stop them from sinking? If you are and will be using a padding/foam material over the top, then the top of the pavers and the top of the padding/foam must be the same height, so the padding/foam will need to be cut out...

Intex 1.5 Return Valve does not fit original pool return (1.25) how to retrofit?

Intex upgraded their fittings to 1.5", but they're a little longer. So, if you use Hayward skimmers and eyeballs you'll need to make gaskets. I discovered this when I put mine together this past weekend. For the return, you'll need to cut out the liner with an exacto knife. Just put the...
