Hi.. I have a 16 x 48 intex pool... and it has not been in use for about 3 to 4 days. I looked at it this morning and it has turned swampy green.. I want to know if there is a cure for it or should I drain the pool and refill it....

I have a 16 x 42 summer escape pool.. I filled it with water Friday/Saturday, It is cloudy today... I put shock plus in it, and I also purchased chlorinate tablets with the feeder. It still remains cloudy.. The Chlorine, Bromine, and Ph test are low.. and I am wanting to know what else I should...
