Just to clarify, my concrete is concrete print and has a lot of steel metal mesh in it.. I'm about to open my pool today. I'm currently adjusting PH and CYA before starting a SLAM. How about I bring my pool to clear water and I reply back here to continue our troubleshoot in a week or so. The...

New Hayward Aqua-rite T-3 cell displaying too much salt.

Hi, I just replaced my 8 years old T-3 cell with a brand new one as it was no longer producing chlorine and displaying LOW SALT (300). Upon replacing it with a new T-3 cell, it instantly started generating cell and the salt level was accurate (2800). Now, for the past 24-36 hours, the AquaRite...

Recurring Iron Stain -- Looking for permanent solution

I started my new AA treatment today at around 5 PM.... all stains are gone.... My goal is to replace ~75% of water tomorrow. With 75% of water replaced, I assume most of the ascorbic acid will also be gone and I should be able to get FC to hold most quicker than if I would have not changed the...

Aqua Rite T-Cell-3 showing low salt

Hi! My aqua rite was producing chlorine as expected and was displaying 2800-3300 salt which is accurate to my salt test strips. Suddenly and overnight, my cell is no longer producing chlorine and my salt reading dropped from 2800-3300 to 300. Is this consistent with a dead cell ? Serial...

Recurring Iron Stain -- Looking for permanent solution

I don't have steel/iron plumbing but as mentioned but pool pump is pretty rusted. I'm tempted to say this is the culpit but it's an expensive replacement if it's not it. I'm confident it's not the city water.
