    Reduce deep end

    I am considering reducing the level on the deep end to approx 5ft. Tiled pool. Can i simply poor concrete over the tiles and up to the level I require? or, should i remove the tiles first? I will add in mesh rebar to prevent cracking.

    Tile size small squares - 20mmx20mm. Some areas there are single ones that have come off. In other areas there are probably about 10 in a line that have come off. In total probably about 50 which require replacing.

    Just a thought... would it be OK to run the cleaner without the filter and tray inserted? Just to see if it will climb the wall? Pool is completely clean so there are no debris that could get stuck in the impeller.

    It is a filet bag/net …. was more or less empty when I put it in however I disconnected the tray and gave it all a good wash. Will try it again in the next few days and see how it goes.

    How often do you need liquid chlorine?

    2-3 ppm a day for me. If I have the solar cover on and pool is not in use then I only drop about 1-2 ppm a week! I am in the UK though so don't get as good sunny weather as you guys over from state side.

    Blury vision after swimming
