so this morning, at 6 I got 11, and now at 8 I got 12.5. I did not add chlorine at 6. I guess it's my reagents? I honestly don't know what else it could be. they are like exactly 1 year old. I know I've used DPD stuff longer than this but nothing else makes sense.

I did I tested at 10 pm. I use a speed stir. I only buy from tftestkits. Why is my 10 pm test no good? I understand testing and I also spend very little time on it. Unless I’m slamming. I’ve been testing every 2 hours for 4 days now. I’ve done every OCLT by the book. I test 10 pm or later and 6 am.

I tried this today, and it was hard for me to hold it like that, so it was slow and tons of debris came out as I was holding it level in the water trying to lift it out. I will say nothing came out as it drained, but maybe it already all came out. lol

Salt Tests are +/- like 400, so you could be closer to 3000 than you think. You go by whatever makes your SWG work. I add less salt than pool math tells me and see if my SWG works.

I don't believe the little cloth bag is full of debris. I'll check it once I get this out today. The springs should still be there. I'll look for that too.

Quite a bit of debris falls into the pool. like I have a perfectly clean pool except where I took out the robot. it's not dirty water, it's actual debris that was picked up.

I replaced the rapid drain flap and the non return flap last year. it didn't help. I think it used to work fine, but it's been an issue for so long I'm not sure anymore.

the dolphin canister opening is at the top. you pull it out from the back top, so yes it's up, the issue I have is the stuff coming out the bottom with all the water that drains out. because it has an opening at the bottom too obviously.

Dang. expected to open blue but ended up with a hole in my cover. oh well. it's clear and it's been 2 hours and it's almost blue now. but this is after the cover came off. it's weirdly brown-green because of staining on the bottom.

well I mean first test, I usually test before adding CYA. but yeah I'm sure there is 0 CYA in there. adding chlorine and testing once it was full last time worked well so I think I'll do that.
