Yes, it is an in ground pool. He hasn't cut out the steps or skimmer hole, the liner is just in with a vacuum running and some water added. Do you think it would be a hassel to remove the liner and clean that up and then lay it back in? He said he had it all clean and that some pea gravel...

It's an in ground pool.

We are having a new liner installed and noticed there is alot of that pea gravel underneath it. It has not been trimmed out yet they have just added a small amount of water. Should we have them pull it up and remove that or will it make a difference?
