Thanks. I'll order my own kit... TF-100 seems good. Do I need the salt test, or should the reading on my automation work fine? In the meantime, what could be the cause of the flakes? I'm reading that I should probably switch to muriatic acid instead of sulfuric acid and get the pH down to 7.4.
