After I poach them I like to make a slice about half way trough all the way up the inside of the curve. I only brown them for a couple minutes so they don't have time to dry out and you don't squirt yourself with hot grease. I learned from a german so you know it's legit.

I thought I had this all figured out, but I might be as lost as ever. So 5kg of baking soda to add 43 TA(Per pool calc), then add a bunch of borax to bring the ph into range and add a little more ta? Edit: I probably should have started a thread in another section, but this is here now...

When I add the r-0007 and r-0008 and the sample is supposed to turn green it turns red like it should after adding drops of r-0009. Am I right in assuming that means ta is pretty much 0?
