Okay, so my husband just inadertantly put the entire gallon of MA into the pool. is this bad to have it all in there at once or was he supposed to only put a bit in at once? (I am pregnant, so he was afraid of my clumsy self getting some on me.) Now to aerate, do I just turn the pool on...

Sorry to invade your post, but I have a similar problem. PH is at the highest 8.2 and TA is at 280 (based on the kit I purchased here). My pool is also fairly new. What do I do? What will happen to my pool? HELP! Thanks!

me and the kids get eaten up ALIVE here in NY, so I can only imagine what it'll be like once we move.. we plan on being outdoors most of the year, so I'd rather have it bug free.. that OFF stuff does nothing for us.. I think it attracts them! lol :lol:

That's what I told my husband too, but I'd really like the pool to be deeper than 4-5 feet. The slide is on the deep end of the pool; opposite the beach entry.

that is what the pool company is charging.

I was just thinking of having that end be the deep end and going to 6-7 feet? that should be okay, right?

Hi there.. I was told that the part where the slide is has to be at least 4.5 feet. I don't want a diving pool. we want to be able to play volleyball, basketball and I have small children (plan on having more).

lol It's 8 feet wide because it includes a waterfall :wink:

or did you do it through a local landscaper? was it cheaper? also, how about sprinklers? my thought was to have the pool company do that being that they can run the lines for it.. or can I just have someone come and do it myself after they excavate? Any help would be greatly appreciated...
