New spa owner and frustrated as can be. I have added a bromine reserve and then I shock it with a non-chlorine shock. The bromine levels will raise, but they only last a day. We do use the spa daily but this seems a bit excessive. Other chemistry all looks good (ph alkalinty hardness etc)...
