Algae nightmare help!!
Algae bad after winter new cover mesh safety...16 x 32 inground Have not started filter yet..afraid will clog?? What do I do. Never had this problem before. Pool is 30 yrs old Never an issue with black solid cover and old water bags...- vmbp

Opening with extreme algae in spring
What chemical should add first? Algae is way worse than I normally see in spring 16 x 32 inground Normally I would add in this order Metal out, shock,algaecide,clarifier... Would I do same even with this dark green algae?- vmbp
