As shown in the picture. It’s not exactly leaking water as water level never reaches that high. But I still would like to mend it. What kind of material can be used for this purpose? Looks like some kind of putty.

The test kit says “transfer cloudy solution to small tube until black dot on bottom just disappears when viewed from top”. But I’ve filled it completely and can still see the black dot vaguely. Just wondering if the standard of “disappearing” is as strict as I think, or the pool is truly lacking...
