Hi. I have a 6 year old pool. My Hayward Pump SP3400vsp will not turn on after a power outage. It is hard wired from my electrical box. I have confirmed voltage at 240 testing L1 and L2 (not to ground) with a multimeter at the pump drive connection. Impeller spins freely. I do run my pump 24/7...
