    For parts: LAARS LT400

Got an old LAARS LT400 NG that was replaced with a pool remodel. Everything still works (GV, IGN, control board, heat exchanger, ID fan). Hoping someone can use something before it goes to the landfill.

    For parts: Maytronics Dolphin

I have an old Maytronics Dolphin (magenta, yellow, turquoise) that runs great, but the handle broke. The power supply and motor are in great shape if anyone wants it before I send it to the landfill.

Merlin-like IG pool cover brass anchors on Amazon

I had an existing Merlin IG pool cover with the Merlin brass anchors mounted in the concrete pool deck which I’ve used for years. Last year I had the concrete pool deck demolished and replaced with travertine that looks great. Since pool season is now over I would like to cover my pool, but the...

Keeping leaves out of pool for Fall.

Labor Day weekend typically means the end of another pool season. I had a great season this year, but always dread when the cool weather sets in. I have an IG 16’x36’ pool with tall trees all around. Would like to figure out a way to keep the leaves out of the pool. Seems like I could construct...

Another dead Jandy VS Flopro 1.65

Got a free dead Jandy VS Flopro from a frustrated fountain repair guy. Motor seems to spin. Broke apart the controller and it seems to be divided by the RS-485 comm board and the motor vsd board. There are 4 wires between them. Anybody know what signals are on the 4 wires? There are also 4 wires...

Anyone have a diagram that shows how a multi-port valve should be plumbed to a DE filter? I recently got my pool renovated with a new liner, MP valve, heater and pump. I kept my old Ever-flo stainless steel DE filter and had the contractor install it. Now, all the DE is on the inside of the...

Question about handrail and deep-end ladder mounting.

Had our pool renovated with a travertine decking after the previous concrete decking was demo’d out. The previous mounting spots for the shallow-end handrail and the ladder on the deep end had bronze cups that were flush with the top of the concrete. With the new travertine, what is the typical...

    Hayward H400FDN control board failure.

Have an H400FDN for a month now and the control board failed. What is the best way to file a Warranty claim? Do I have to go through a local pool repair tech or can a pool owner file? Would rather not spend any money for stuff I can do myself.

    H400FDN igniter question

Looks like the latest Hayward H400FDN uses a glow igniter instead of spark ignition. I think it’s a silicon nitride igniter. Anyone know the typical voltage used to source this? Is it 24vac?

    Jandy Watercolors LED controller

Is there any other way to control Jandy Watercolors LEDs other than the junction box controller. Looking to connect to my Homeseer automation software. Anyone know the protocol it uses for control?
