Pool plumber got creative and drilled the hole in the skimmer for overflow. I might be loosing water because of the angle the pipe is laid. Is it right way to do it ? Any suggestions please. I’m in Texas and thinking whether I really need it.

During deck installation we found that bonding wire from the pool to the equipment pad is broken. I think there was some void and shotcrete while fixing broke the bonding wire. Now I don’t have access to broken wire which inside the shotcrete some where. Electrician came back and ran another...
